Can I make changes to my order?

As each order is custom made, we are unable to process cancellations once your order has been confirmed. If you decide to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to stop the production. In these situations, we will inform you of any costs already incurred in creating your blinds.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary as all our products are custom-made. Lead times differ depending on the specific product and your delivery location. While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, the typical delivery window is around 3 to 4 weeks.
